Todd Burton

Chief Visionary Officer

Todd's extensive background in construction machinery, combined with his passion for the U.S. Military and law enforcement inspired by his step-daughter, created an "epiphany" of the Diversified Support Vehicle (DSV) concept. The Light Dragoon (LD) concept soon followed in response to needs presented by law enforcement and military personnel.

Todd holds defensible rights to all concepts in the DSV and LD protection, reconnaissance and attack lines.

Glenn Shanahan

Chief Executive Officer

Glenn has been with TC Burton Enterprises since 2022 with responsibility for the entire operation including the Administration, Engineering and Manufacturing, and Commercial groups. He is currently overseeing the pre-launch activities for our new product. The range of responsibilities include development and implementation of the role-based organization, budget development, product development, manufacturing IT and Business System infrastructure, Manufacturing Operations Planning, and Admin while laying the groundwork for expanded product and accessory offerings to come.

Glenn is a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Management Professional with over 25 years of professional experience that encompasses domestic and international business management, engineering and capital planning management, and executive leadership within manufacturing industries. He has extensive exposure to facility start-up, expansion, product launch, manufacturing reliability and business operations.

Before joining TC Burton as CEO, he had served as a contracted Business Strategist and Manufacturing Design and Engineering consultant and more. Glenn has been a part of bringing TC Burton Enterprises LLC and its product to life since the beginning.

Cathy Burton

Chief Administrative Officer

Cathy has over 34 years of experience as a paralegal and trial assistant, 26 of those as the Senior Paralegal for the indianapolis Division of the FBI, where she specialized in litigation management, legal research and writing, public speaking and management.


Since retiring from the FBI, she serves as co-owner and Chief Administrative Officer for TC Burton Enterprises, utilizing her skills to help build TC Burton to be the global leader in transformable ballistic solutions, with the goal of providing awesome equipment to the good guys, to defend us from the bad guys.
